When selling your home, setting the listing price is one of the most important steps. Set it too high, and you’ll spend a lot of time watching your listing grow old and cold. Set it too low and you’ll find out very quickly by the flood of offers and bidding that comes afterwards.

With my fingers placed firmly on the pulse of the San Francisco Real Estate Market, I will use my experience to dodge all of the obstacles associated with setting an unbalanced price.

I will accomplish this by helping you establish a price that will be both attractive to you and the prospective buyer.

I know the neighborhood and the buildings and will give you a price based on current market data, specific to your situation, to get your home sold at it’s highest and best price.

Other issues that I will address during the transaction include:

• Property Presentation- We will work together to ensure that your home is ready to be shown to qualified buyers. I have contacts with painters, tradesman, stagers, photographers, cleaners etc to ensure that all work is done to the highest of standards and in a timely manner.
• Legal Issues - I stay current with legal issues and can advise you in the proper manner to help avoid a legal dispute. I can also recommend legal counsel when needed.
• Disclosure Documents - I will prepare a full set of all legally required disclosure documents prior to the sale. I will ensure that all documents are understood and signed by both parties.
• Marketing- Your home will be marketed via the San Francisco Multiple Listing Service, Internet (Realtor.com etc), Newspaper, Postcards, Open Houses (if desired), Brochures and Statements.
